Shropshire VTS West Trainers Programme 2007– 2008

Re our own planning - we agreed that we would like to stick to Mondays to meet - for convenience the second Monday of the month. We also wanted to keep the residential in its current format but agreed that the joint trainers /registrar day should change. We may possibly have an annual joint trainers day with the East group instead but possibly in July and depending on their reaction to the suggestion. More frequent meetings involving the East group were not thought to be useful.

The dates agreed are:

• 10 November at Lawley: Adam & Tim: eportfolio issues (+Mike Fisher)
• 12 January at Ellesmere: Evan, Karen & Mike G
• 9 March at Oswestry (? Caxton): Ruth & Mike A
• 14/15 May residential - in Glyn Ceiriog if available: Patrick, Sheelin & Richard
• June / July - date tba:? joint trainers meeting
• 14 September at Pontesbury: Julian - planning

We also decided not to choose topics today (apart from the November meeting) but to trust the presenters to come up with something topical nearer the time - possibly following monthly round robin email discussions which I will try to remember to initiate.
